- You will receive a confirmation email from the General Manager, typically within 24 hours
- You will receive a service contract in your school mailbox within a few days
- Return the contract to the ASWU office before the event
- The sound technicians working the event will contact you to confirm details and provide contact information
- We will arrive at the venue early enough to set up and do a sound check
